On the 26th of March, the 2026 World Cup Asian Qualifiers match between the South Korea national football team and the Thai national football team was held at the Rajamangala National Stadium, in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Rajamangala National Stadium was filled with over 45,000 spectators, with the citizens of both countries cheering for their teams with all their might.
"Lisa", a Thai artist and a member of K-POP Idol "Blackpink" also came to watch the match. She held a cheering towel that said "THA" and "KOR" to cheer both countries.
After the match, Korean football player, Son Heung-Min and the president of the Football Association of Thailand, Nualphan Lamsam walked around the stadium to express their gratitude and boost the morale of football fans from both countries.
This competition is considered a competition that demonstrates the harmony between the two countries. No matter what the score is, the athletes who did their best for the competition and the spectators who cheered as loud as they could were the winners of the match.
